Is there a cost to apply?

No. Applying is completely free for coaches. LaPadel Agency charges clubs, not coaches. There are no fees at any stage of the process for the coach.

How long does the placement process take?

The average timeline from first application to arrival at your new club is 10 to 16 weeks. This covers profile review, club matching, interview, contract negotiation, and visa processing. Coaches with complete profiles and a coaching video move faster.

Do you help with visas and contracts?

Yes, of course, our specialized team of advisors will provide you with security and transparency throughout the entire process.

Which countries do you place coaches in?

We have placed coaches in Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Africa, and the Americas. Our most active markets in 2026 are the UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Indonesia, Spain, Sweden, the UK, and the United States.
